Description: In this assignment, I am creating a chart, allowing user to visualize a time series data. This program is also interactive: whenever the mouse is within the graph area, the value will be displayed based on the mouse Y location. Meanwhile, four icons will be draw on the upper right corner, corresponding with the browsers  The area of icons would be proportional to their market share.
