recorded at the Social Security Administration.

File format:

Each line contains the rank, male name, # of people given that name,
female name, # of people given that name.

The files names1900, names1910, ... names1990 contain 10-year data. I.e. 
names1900 has the top 1000 names from 1900-1909.  The files names2000, 
names 2001, names2002, names2003 and names2004 contain data for just 1 year.
